I'm an OEM with many end-customers that use Xcelsius 4.5.Developer. What is the process for my customers to get the 2008 upgrade? Are new Serial Numbers required?
As an OEM you should have an SAP Business Objects Sales Rep that you work with. I would recommend contacting them to discuss how to get the upgrades. Yes, Xcelsius 2008 will require a new keycode (older versions used serial numbers).
