cannot see Commitments on wbs elements

Hi All

i am creating a PO with WBS element as a cost object. I have given 1000 $ budget to WBS element. I created a PO with 10000 $, but there is no budget check!!!.

And also, I could nt see commitments on that wbs element

I have activated the budget availability control to the wbs element

I have Defined Tolerance Limits for Availability Control for my project profile and CO area.

Is there anything elese I have to check ?

Did you activate commitment management in the controlling area?
