Hi,
Personally on a regular basis, I stop the Enterprise Manager and then I execute the IndexRebuilder.sh script (located at the root of your installation). It takes a while but it does a lot of cleanup....

Hi Folks - I was able to resolve the issue at our site (we are using Wily EM 8.02 on Linux RH 4). I'm posting this in case someone else runs into the same issue.
The IndexRebuilder.sh script is located in: /usr/sap/ccms/wilyintroscope/tools.
As mentioned in a previous post on this thread, you must stop the EM before you run the script.
Also - the 8.02 version of this script has a small bug. In the usage section of the script, one of the echo commands does not have a double-quote at the end of the text string to be displayed.
For our site the IndexRebuilder.sh script ran for about 30 minutes and recovered quite a bit of disk space.
Cheers - Jeff
