CATS Workflow

Hi workflow friends,

I have setup workflow for cats with a std task TS31000007 and checked auto agent determination in data entry profile and made the task as general task.

When I create time sheet via CAT2, realease and save it I am getting an error "An error occurred on starting the workflow" if I look at long desc of the error it says For technical reasons, the system cannot start the SAP Business Workflow.

I could test this test from SWUS with no issues and I could see the work item getting created, but ofcourse not able to execute it...

Could any of you please help me where and what I am missing.

Hi Aravind,

How did you run SWUS to test TS31000007: Input userID at TS_UNAME and then execute? Did the started work item assign the chief position as agent?

I'm facing similar problem but the error message is too general.
