what are the different third party tools we use in the SD in real time

hi gurus

i would like to know the different third party tools and the area where they are used in SAP sd real time work environment .. could someone help me with this ..

Hi there,

3rd party SAP tools are used in support projects. We call them support tools. For eg: Remedy, Radix, Clarity etc.

They look just like normal mail box. You will have a user name & password to login. When you login, you will find the tickets that are assigned to you. Tickets will have variosu status OPEN (when it is not assigned to anyone, ASSIGNED when they are assigned to a support consultant with their user id, ANALYSING when you are working on the ticket, RESOLVED when you have completed your development / config change & CLOSED when the user has tested & given a signoff.

Apoart from these there are also some other 3rd party tools which are used in implemenation which depends on company to company.
