ChaRM: Schedule /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRORDER_IMPORT/000 hourly

Hi!

Does the task "Import transport request (background)" in task plan of CharM import all the released transports from normal corrections and urgent corrections?

Are there some possibility to plan them hourly or more then daily?

If Yes, how?

Hi Thom,

you go to your task plan (SCMA), right click on Import Transport Requests (Background) > click Schedule, and setup the schedule you want to run it on.

This problem I have, you can schedule this job only once a day, not twice a day or hourly...

Hi Thom,

you can schedule it hourly as following:

GoTo Task plan an execute Import.

Then insert a time e.g.: 08:00 and daily. Afterwards schedule the job.

Then execute again the Import and insert as time 09:00. Schedule the job.

and so on...

This should help to solve your problem!?

Hello John,

If I need to schedule automatically each 30 min? How i do this? To import in Quality environment i don't need to lock the Requests, but nobody will have access to the SCMA or Schedule Plan.

hi

try the following.

schedule the job once as mentioned above.

go to SM37, find and copy the job.

repeat scheduling with the period you like.
