No spool lists displayed

Hi all ,

We are running Archiving Job, After maintaining the variant, and giving the spool parameters, the job runs succesfully but spool list is not available in the job overview

Some times it says the list is empty

1-Why this happens and is this has to do if there is inadequate data used in archiving.

2-Is there any specific SAPNOTE or any document which highlights (i assume)

3- Please suggest any workaround to overcome this

we can see some spool lists and most of them as not, so I think the authorization part is ruled out in this case.

Which job are you trying to read the spool list for?

Archiving typically creates 2 jobs: The first job will not have an associated spool file, but the second will.

Also, is this for a Preparation, Archive, Delete or Store?
