Shopping Cart backend document type determination creation error

Hi All,

I am having a problem in determination of backend document determination while converting a shopping cart.

The system is typiclly selecting a document type "MAXL" which was not defined in any of the customization.

The error is " ME013 Document Type MAXL not allowed with doc. ca " .

Because of which all the shopping carts are in error state.

Can anybody help on this issue?

Have you maintained the attribute Backend Document Type (BSA) in PPOMA_BBP. This could be alse a reason.
