OpenDocument & Single Sign On

Hello ,

We are working on a BO XI R3 envronment .

We have set the Single Sign On with Active Directory and all is working perfectly for the log on to Infoview.

We are now trying to use the function openDocument.jsp . When we follow the link, there's a new window with user/password to fill. When we fill this form with the right credentials , we can visualize the report without problem.

Is it normal to have this kind of authentification form whereas we set the

SSO ?

On the top, of the connection window, we can see this message : " Account Information Not Recognized: secLDAP security plug-in is not activated"

So, this should suggest that SSO is not working perfectly. In fact, we're not using LDAP but Windows Active Directory .

What do you think ?

Any ideas will be helpful
