in transaction code BBP_PD the status of the workitem is not updating showi

Hi Gurus,

We have implemented N-Step BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI For Approvals Levels in SRM.

Work flow is triggering correctly and workitem is sent at all the levels. But in transaction code BBP_PD the status of the workitem is not updating showing the error message "NO WORKITEM FOUND" also status is not updating in BBP_PD.

Please reply with your suggestions.

Thanks for your reply.

We are getting "No workitem found" status in BBP_PD transaction. But all approval process is happening perfectly and when we check status through "Status Monitor " through web it is updating correct status.

Status is updating in BBP_PD .Status of main workflow is displaying correctly and approval levels and corresponding approver names are displaying correctly, but only the status and time of approval is missing.

can you suggest something on this issue.

I'm not clear your issue. Is your issue all approval process has been completed but workflow status shows as in process? or No Workitem found message itself?

workflow process is completed ,but in transaction BBP_PD the status of approvals is not updating.

Please check the workitem status for 2009126 in SWI1 transaction. Is it completed or in process ?

Hi

Status is "In Process" as it is awating for approval as it awating for 3 rd level approval.

when we check in web (srm screen) through "check status" .it is clearly displaying that 1st and 2nd levels approved and awating for 3rd level..etc.....

when we check in BBP_PD transaction , it is displating only approver names and not status .

For approval process , previously we are using serial workflows and with that workflows BBP_PD is updating with status and time.

Now I am replacing all these serial workflows with N-STEP badi for approval process.With this new approach , approval process happining perfectl, but status of approvals is not getting updated. For this we have used statndard workflow which contains subflows.

Why BBP_PD is not getting updated? any settings we need to di specific to that ?
