FAGLL03 export to excel

I have a user who executes FAGLL03 which results in a report of about 60 lines. She then wants to export to excel. When the export is created in excel, all line itmes are placed in a single row rather than in the 60 rows in the report.

I have tried the same report and don't have any issues. She sent me the file she created, and all the data is in one row. This seems to elimiante an issue with Excel.

Has anybody seen this issue or know the cause? Is there some obscure user parameter, etc?

Hi Steve,

I had seen this problem once long time ago. This could happen a) if the excel is corrupt and is not properly installed or b) if macros are disabled.

You can try the following first -> From within the excel file, choose tools -> macros -> security and choose either medium or low even though low is not recommended.

If the above does not help then perhaps reinstall MS Excel.
