Canu0092t print in Travel Manager

Hi

When I’am in the ITS / ESS / Travel Manager and display a trip, I should be able to print the Travel expense statement but when I click at the PRINT button I get this:

The page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Any one that knows what’s wrong?

We recently installed ITS patch level 19 and found that the print button no longer worked. Our basis support installed patch level 20 in our test environment and that solved the problem. In the meantime, you can print an expense request by right-clicking anywhere in the display area and then selecting the print option.
