No, there isn't.
They are two quite different programming environments and provide different possibilities. I'd say there will never be such a tool.

I found this patent info where it says it can be done.. Was wondering if there is any tool developed on this.

Interesting...I recall having seen that patent time ago...
But still I see it quite unfeasible. Just think, you can put any HTML you wish in a BSP, how would that translate to WD? Maybe a tool appears similar to the already existing one for converting classic dynpros to WD, which requires almost the same amount of work than doing the conversion manually.
Maybe SAP is covering its bases by registering that patent.
