Set Up Workflow-Connection for Country Reassignments
In this step, you activate the workflow connection for a country reassignment..
For more information on country reassignments, refer to the documentation for Personnel Administration, under Business Processes in Personnel Administration -> Country Reassignment.
Requirements
In the Infotypes step, you used the Propose infotype indicator to specify which infotypes should be proposed within a country reassignment.
You have edited the Define Personnel Action Types step.
Activities
1. Call up the Workflow connection for country reassignment activity.
2. Execute the Assign tasks to Editor step.
a) Expand the Entry due to country reassignment workflow.
All standard tasks that were used in this workflow are displayed.
b) Execute the desired editor assignment for each standard task.
3. Execute the Activate event linkage step.
a) Expand the Entry due to country reassignment workflow.
b) Position the cursor on the Employee country reassignment entry. To activate the event linkage for the workflow, choose Event linkage -> Activate/deactiv.
4. Call up the Complete entry for country reassignment action.
5. In the Workflow Connection for Country Reassignment view, enter the personnel action type that the new administrator should execute.
