Hi Experts,

Can any one please provide any configuration documentation related to Transaction Launcher?

As I need to configure Transaction Launcher to call R/3 transaction codes.

To launch a URL

Step 1 : Define URL in repository (Transaction SM30 : View: CRMV_IC_LTX_URL)

Step 2 : Use Transaction Launcher wizard (transaction CRMC_UI_ACTIONWZ)

In technical details, enter a Class name starting with ZCL_

In Further Technical details, select Transaction type B - URL transaction and choose the URL ID defined in Step 1

Step 3 : Create a logical link in the navigation bar profile definition

Type: C - Launch Transaction

Target ID: EXECLTX

Parameter class: CL_CRM_UI_LTX_NAVBAR_PARAM

To launch a BOR object

You need to create a new BOR object with a method EXECUTE that supports synchronous calls. Via SE80 > Workbench > Edit Object, you can copy BOR object type TSTC to ZTSTC and in method EXECUTE of the copied object, set the synchronous flag. Generate the object.

Then define the logical system & assign the ITS URL (see notes 888931 & 1021222)

Execute the wizard (see Step 2 above) and in Further Technical details choose transaction type A - BOR transaction and assign the ZTSTC object to it and method EXECUTE.

In the next screen, give the transaction ID to be launched as the VALUE for Object Key.

Then do as in Step 3 above.

Hi,

I want to launch 3 - 4 transcations from R/3 in Transaction Launcher.

So can you please let me know in this case how to configure different transactions to be launched.

Hi Xavier,

When creating the new BOR object (ZTSTC) per copy of the standard one TSTC the system do not allow me to generate the object. I think this has to do with the status 'modeled' that the object ZTSTC has.

Do you know how can I set the status from Modeled to Released?

Hi, go to transaction SWO1, and for your ZTSTC object, change the status via the menu Edit > Change release status > Object type > To released

Hi Experts

I copied TSTC to my ZTSTC,and then i made sync flag active in Execute method and tried to generate the object.

But its saying Object modeled cant be generated.

Plz help me out in this.
