I have done following Activities to add the subscreen in transaction LT04
1) Created SAP Enhancement project in CMOD
2) Used Enhancement: MWMRF104 to add the field in screen 104
3) Created Subscreen 9999 with program name "SAPLXLRF"
4) This screen in created under function module XLRF
5) Added TEXT field in Layout
6) Activated project

I am unable to see the text field in LT04 after activating the project.
