WCM error

Hi Experts,

I have newly configured WCM customization (standard model) and I want to create WCD and WCA. But while going to "prepare" I am getting

Error (C_INTERVAL_NOT_FOUND) occurred executing

function module (NUMBER_GET_NEXT) Message no. I4711

and followed by

Error when executing function mo

(WCFW_NUMBER_GET)

As per sap note against this Message no. I4711, I have checked the USER Status Profile (& object type) & assignment. It is OK and not found any deviation too (if compared to IDES).

What could else be required to check so that I will be able to create Operation WCD (wct6) & WCA (wctk)

Hi,

if the number range problem is solved (no further error messages) and you still can not create WCM objects than you should check the consistency of your customizing setting (IMG activity).

The check applies to three areas:

-

---

- Individual WCM objects and their settings that only apply immediately to the WCM object.

- The relationships between WCM objects (Settings for creating and changing WCM objects This area covers both direct and indirect maintenance of WCM objects.)

- The check is carried out for each maintenance planning plant.

Sir,

This note 552692 is the same which i mentioned about in my initial query. This is about User status profile. Infact I tried by both ways- First created user status profile & assigned---NO EFFECT. Then I deleted the whole profile & assignment, but no effect again. I am unable to create application, wc document etc because of error mentioned above.

Maintain Number Ranges for Work Approval

100000000000 - 999999999999

Maintain Number Ranges for Applications

100000000000 - 199999999999

200000000000 - 299999999999

Maintain Number Ranges for Work Clearance Documents

300000000000 - 399999999999

400000000000 - 499999999999

Maintain Number Ranges for Tags

000000000001 - 999999999999

Assign Number Ranges (Check this - If u have not maintained this properly, u cannot create the application)

Hi Pithan,

The number ranges are already there and also assignnment.

But system is not allowing to create WC application or Document etc.If any other solution, reply.
