pls suggest , how to get the insurance value calculated on Base + P&F + Excise for P&F ..as per my above structure #1.
..
Hello
Before the calculation of insurance cess, u calculate a subtotal (Base + P&F + Excise for P&F ..as per your structure #1) by not giving any condition type and then calculate the insurance cess on that subtotal amount.
Make sure to give the from step for the insurance cess calculation as that of the subtotal we just calculated.
Also remember to maintain an 'S' in the requirement field for the subtotal step.
Hope this helps

I can't make as per above, since insurance values are in pricing proce. and the P& F excise values are frm Tax proce.. so tell me how to link btwn two procedures..

Hello
Sorry to say , i dont have the exact solution for your query.
But the link between pricing and tax calculation procedure is through the 'calc type' in the procedures.

Hi,
I think mathews suggestion should work. Another option is in schema pricing, put in your insurance condition Fro field starting step no. (your base price) i.e. 1 and put in To field, ending step no. (your se cess condition) i.e 30, it will sum your condition from step no. 1 into 30 and calculate based on your insurance percentage input.
