Hi,

I am geeting Message in Qulty 'font Family Not maitain' in Smartforms. But it is Working Fine in Develpment . Plase Guide me how to Truble shoot this issue

Hi,

First check the font used in the smartform and see whether it is availabe in Quality or not .

That particular font maynot be the standard one .

We can add new fonts apart from standard ones . May be added in Dev and not yet transported to Quality.

Hi Reshma,

Goto Transaction SE73 and check whether the used font families are available in the quality system, If not ask your basis administrator to upload the required font families in the Quality system,

Please check whether the font family maintained in the smart styles if you are using the same.
