fact sheet request without server connection

Hi,

finally got the fact sheets working, now there's a new issue on it:

Is it possible to request a new fact sheet on a MSA Client in offline mode without any server connection?

By requesting a new fact sheet, it should NOT make a rfc call to the CRM server, rather take the data from the CDB oder something like that.

Otherwise it makes no sense for offline MSA Clients on Laptops when they need to get online for this.

Hi,

the fact sheet functionality is based on RFC calls similar like an ATP check is doing. There is no way to change this.

What you can do is to define a word or crystal report which can operate on the local IDES DB using direct queries or based on qBDocs.
