Hai,

this lo cockpit extractor is mainly used to extract the data from logistics modules only.

1: first we have to maintain extract structure,(ecc side)

2) maintain data sorce.(ecc ide)

3) replicate the data source.(bi)

4) migrate data source.(bi)

5)maintain infocube (bi)

6) maintain tranformations

7) go back to R/3 OR ECC we have to delete the setup tables.(lbwe)

😎 reinatialize the setuptable.(oli*bw)(ecc)

9) create info package for initial delta.

10) create dtp.

11) set up periodic v3 update.

12) create info package.

13 create dtp.

hi

Below are the steps for LO Extraction.

Basic LO Extraction :

1 Identify the fields and the r3 tables which it belongs to.

2 RSA5 - Find out the data sources. Open the tree and go to the appropriate application area. Find the appropriate data source which contains the required fields.

We can also fields as per our requirement to the data source.

3 RSA5 Activate the desired data sources. (Do nothing if itu2019s already activated). Choose the appropriate data source and activate by pressing the button u201CActivate data sourcesu201D

4 RSA6 - Now the activated data sources are visible. Double click the particular data source and check the fields.

Hidden fields should be made as non-hidden. Check all other attributes of the fields. This task can be accomplished by removing the tick mark form the check

Box u2018Hide fieldu2019.

5 LBWE - Drill down to the appropriate application area and check if all the required fields are present in the extract structure. If the desired fields are not present in the selection criteria, choose the fields from pool. If the desired fields are not available in the selection, choose the appropriate field form the pool and move the particular field to the selection criteria.

6 LBWE - Activate the extract structure. We ll have to request to activate the data source.

Create a request and save the data source.

7 LBWG - Delete the setup tables by choosing the application area number.

Choose the appropriate application area in the LBWG by pressing F4 on the field

and execute the it.

For the example: For data source 2LIS_11_VAHDR, 11 is the application area for sales( tcode oli11bw)

Now the setup table is blank after deletion.

8 SBIW - Drill down to the appropriate node and load/populate the setup tables in background mode.

example we will populate the set table: data source 2LIS_11_VAHDR is for sales. So here will populate the sales setup table by executing the proper set up table.

9 RSA3 - Choose the required Data Source and start the extraction.

10 RSA1 - Go to Source System tab; double click on the source systems to get all the associated data sources. Locate the proper data source. Right click on the required data source and go for replication of data sources

11 RSA1 - Create an Info Package and execute it to pull the data from R3. After creation of the Info Package, trigger the InfoPackage to pull data from R/3.

12 RSA1 - Now check the data from r3 should be available in the data target.
