How to map the AMC services for Machines or material going outside the factory premises for servicing.

How can we address each job work

Hi,

1. MM01 - Create Machinery as a Material Master (Keep it this material w/o accounting and costing view, means no valuation for material)

2. MIGO - Receive 1 quantity of this material (Goods Receipt > Others, use movement type - 202)

3. ME21N - Create Subcontracting PO with Item Cat - L with qty 1. Also input Repair Cost. (Here specify main material and component both as same material i.e. machinery)

4. MB1B - Transfer Posting of machinery to vendor w.r.t. Subcontracting PO (Movement type - 541) and take printout from MB90, you can attach your own layout for printing the gate pass in Output config of inventory mgmt.

5. MBLB - Report to track stock at vendor's place

6. MIGO - GR against Subcontracting PO (101 - GR of machinery and 543 - GI of machinery from vendor's stock)

7. MIRO - LIV for the Subcontracting Charges

8. MIGO - Goods Issue > Others - Here issue the machinery against the cost center from which it was received earlier. (movement type - 201)
