hey experts,
I have customized everything (I thing so) for Quota Compensation IT0416 in SPRO.
When I will create a new IT0416 with PA30 I get all my
i will get my compensation mode (here 1000) my time quota (Here 10 for Vacation) and my compensation rule (here 000).
I want to compensate manualy the absencequota for vacation.
I want NO automatical calculation.
I want to Insert a Wagetype and the amount in the subscreen at absence quota.
But these field (wagetype and amount) a block/grey/ no editable.
If I use the F4-Help by wagetype I get my 2 wagetype that I have customized, but I can't transfer them to the field.
I have several times change the customizing, but I don't get a satified result.
What is maybe wrong with my customizing ?
We have ECC5.0
maybe someone have some screenshots for me. I would be very happy
Hello,
I dont think you can enter the wage type or amount in IT0416. The wage type is is linked to quota type in backend. IT0416 is availble for taking number of days so that it will calculate the amount accordingly.
The alternative way could be giving the same amount thru IT15. Edit the balance quota thru IT2013

hello,
of course it is possible to compensate manualy an absence quota and to enter wagetype and amount in it0416.
To get a "free compensation" you don't have to assign a compensation rule to the compensation mode.
best regards

when i go to PA30 and create a new quota compensation i.e. 01.03.2009 with 10 days compensation
I get a deduction but in the subscreen with the data from infotyp 2006 each field is grey/blocked.
