terminated emp not to be hired for specific termination reason

Hi gurus,

I have a requirement if an emp is terminated from one company shud not be hired by other Company, belonging to same group.

Group A has three companys B, C, D.

In case emp is terminated from B with sepecific reason say Theft.

The other company system shud not allow the hire as three of them have same server.

How shall I achieve it?

One more question:

If an employee is terminated and status is withdrawn.

Again when I hire the employee with same SSN.

Would system issue an error message maintaining 0002 with same SSN.

Hi

There is one standard report to block the employee - to find this goto tcode SA38 and do search for the report..

System will through the error while you maintain the same SSN for any employee.
