HI Experts
What is the use of stored procedures in Crystal reports? How it will help us to generate report? If so what kind of reports we generate using stored procedures? When I am using stored procedures it asks more parameter valuer values? what is that parameter values?
Plz help me.

Hi
You can call Stored Procedure in Crystal Reports.
For example:
You have STORED PROCEDURE REPORT_BY_CODE (@Code varchar(20))
When you create report add command as query below and parameter Code of String type:
Exec [dbo].[REPORT_BY_CODE] '{?Code}'
It's work.

SELECT P.DocEntry, P.DocNum, P.Comments, C.Dscription
FROM ORDR AS P, RDR1 AS C

END
