PR Workflow is not working

Hi,

I configured PR Standard workflow WS20000077.MM Consultant had created a PR,but the approver is not getting any mail in SAP Business Workplace.

I also configured PO Workflow WS20000075,it is working fine but the i'am facing problem with PR.

Please guide me with a solution

Tell me clearly which WF is not working PO or PR.

If PR which WF you configured (tell me WF number)

Did you check and see if the creation trigger is active for the PReq WFlow?. It could be possible that the triggering event got deactivated.. check under basidc data_Start events for teh Wflow.

Moreover do a diagnosis using SWI1

Hi pavan,

I found some problems by Event Simulation in SWDD TCode for the WF WS20000077.

I did event simulation for BUS 2105 REJECTION_START

i found some errors and i rectified them.

Now i'am doing simulation for the Events

BUS 2105 REJECTED

RELEASED

REST

SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGED

I found that these events are not created.

I went SWEINT tcode and i checked for these 4 events but i couldnt find them.

What i need to do now,shall i create them manually.

Please guide me with a solution.

Actuall i allready configured these WF in one of tyhe machines it is working fine.

I cross checked with that WF and i found these differences.

So please guide me for further processing.

But if you want teh standard for PREQ, aren't yo usupposed to activate BUS2009 and WS* 38 in SWETYPV

Hi Pavan,

But i didnt activated the event BUS2009 and WS*38 in other system.I just activated WS20000077 and it is working fine.

Hi Pavan,

Issues is Solved.

Actually there are 2 workflows for PREQ.

1) WS20000077 -- for overall release strategy

2) WS00000038 -- for item wise release strategy.

As i told you i configured WS2000077 workflow in the other system,there we used overall release strategy.

In the presenet system we are using item wise release and i configured WS00000038 and it worked.
