i have noticed in ekbe table we have VGABE and BEWTP

I'm confused about the meaning of these two fields.

VGABE and BEWTP have conflicting meanings.

Can anyone clarify whats the difference between these two.

Hi Varun,

In EKBE table, BELNR represents the goods receipt document number, if the the PO History Category (BEWTP) is 'E'.

and BELNR represents the Invoice Receipt Document Number, if the the PO History Category (BEWTP) is Q.

What i know that if i update a po then the po history field comes into play and it can change.

for example

VGABE = 1

BEWTP = E

for Goods receipt.

then we update the po then

VGABE remains same and BEWTP changes

correct me if i'm wrong
