Dear all,
I am looking for the method by which the thing that BIA did Failover can be clearly confirmed.
Example:
※(A) = Master index queue server / (B) = Backup index queue server
Blade1(A)/Blade2(A)/Blade3(B)
u2193
(Blade2 down)
u2193
Failover was normally executed, and it changed into Blade3(B).
u2193
Now, I am judging whether Failover was executed from the use rate of CPU.
But Only the sense can be judged in this method.
Is there a method that can be judged more clearly excluding this?
Could you please teach to me.

Hi Ko,
instead of "guessing" I suggest to setup the TREX Alertserver to get notified if something goes wrong on BIA/TREX.

Dear Marc,
Thnaks for your advice!! very helpful.
There were a lot of parts insufficient in my sentences.
I have already used "TREX admin tool(Stand-alone)" and "TREX admin tool in the SAP".
And It is judged whether "Backup blade" is used from TREX admin tool ("Itme of Service => tab of Load"(CPU utilization of Backup blade)).
Example:
Normally => There is ilttle CPU utilization of Backup blade.
When problem occurs(execute failover) => The amount of CPU utilization is larger than that of time usually.
But it is thought that this is not a clear method that can be recognized that Failover of BIA blade was executed.
Therefore I want to know the method by which the thing that changes into Failover(BIA) now and operates can be clearly confirmed. When it is my understanding shortage, sorry.
Best regards,
Ko
