Difference in MD04 & MD05

Hi All.

I am running MRP. Then I am checking new requirement i.e. Purchase requisitions. But for some materials I am getting rescheduling date in MD04 and in MD05 there is no rescheduling date? Why this is happing? Please help me.

Dear!

You can make ex like this:

Run MRP and see 1 material (can call material A) in MD04 and MD05. After that you go MB1C to rise up the stock of A. and than you see in MD04 and MD05 will see the difference.

HI,

MD04 is a current stock requirement list which while MD05 is a static report which saws the last MRP result.

You will find one difference in both the screen of MD04 and MD05 which will helps you to understand the reason.

select that material and go to MD04

At the top of the screen you will find the current system time over there.

Now go to MD05 and select the same material,

On the top of the screen You will find last MRP date and time.

Hi,

MD04 is dynamic. whenever changes in demand, immediately it will reflect in screen.

But in MD05 is static. This will show the result of last MRP run result. In that you can not see the new req after MRP run.

This might be the reason.

Hi

MD04 is the current stock/reqmt list whereas MD05 is the MRP list of last MRP run when u choose the option 1(create MRP list).
