Hi Guys ,

I am using IE 7.0 when ever the error came the help is not coming but if i use IE 6.0 it is coming why it is ... i want to use with IE7.0 can you please help me out what patches we have to install ...

if using SAPGUI 6.40, you must patch it to level 21 or above. Last time I checked, patch 31 was available, go download it and install from:

ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapgui/win/640/patches/

in which application did you facing problem?

try to search sap notes with " internet explorer 7.0 "

In all applications ... when ever the message comes in the downside bar we will click and see the help ... in IE 7.0 its not coming
