We are going to change our DOMAIN in sever, Is that we need to take any pre-requisites in SAP level for the Domain change. We are going to stop the application server before changing the domain.
Changing a domain is like renaming an instance - which is officially not supported. You will get new user IDs which must be reflected on the filesystem (permissions) and in the registry.
Due to Security reason they are doing this domain changes, is that all registerd SAP users wil not work after doamin change.Is that any pre-requisites i need to do for this doamin changes.
The system will not work/come up after you switched the domain. You will need to adapt the permissions on the filesystem for the new users (in the new domain), registry permission, OPS$-Users (in case of Oracle) and various other things.
I suggest you do a system copy instead (backup the system, delete it, switch domain and reinstall).
