Dear All,

Could you kindly help me please ...

Eventhough i've already created authorization variables, but i still can get all values ???

What i've done as below:

1. Create authorization roles

2. Create authorization object

3. Create authorization variable and use it.

But it still doesn't work..

Must the corresponding info-object be master data ??? My corresponding info-object is not master data, it's only master data in text.

What should i do all ??

Would you like kindly help me please ???

Regards,

Fifi

Hi,

Could you give some more information about the error you get while executing the report..

Please check the following points with respect to BW 3.5

1. Have you restricted the authorization object with the necessary values in the role created by you.

2. Have you assigned the role to your id and done a user comparison.

3. Have you assigned the authorization variable to the infoobject in the query.

The infoobject need not be a master data to be authorization relevant.

Regards,

Gaurav

What is the version you're working in and which infoprovider do you query on ?

Check also you you've SAP_ALL, this overwrites BEX authorizations.
