Adding my smartform output to a standrd screen

hi,

In VF01 there will be a print preview button.Whenu click that it will show the standard print program.I need to put my smartform output in that print preview button instaed of standard print program display.

If not tell me how to add a new button and can cal the smartform designed by me

Hi,

You need to configure a new output type and associate it with your program / smartform. See transaction NACE.

Go to Transaction : NACE

In that you can add your program and Smartform.

U have to select Output type .

select V3 - Billing

Click on Output Types

and select appropriate output type as per your requirement.

then click on processing routines and enter your Program and Smartform name.

U can change the settings in NACE tcode.

Change the Smartform name and printprogram name of yours in the desired OUTPUT type and FORM ROUTINES.!

Note: It will be wise to use a print preview in Change or display transactions ie. VF02 or VF03 instead of create transaction VF01..!
