inprocess inspection

Dear all,

I have one query:

we are doing inprocess inspection

while doing RR and save we will get confirmation screen in that we are giving scrap qty.only.after that PP team will confirm the yield and goods mvt.

the query is after final confirmation of PP also If QM team trying to post again part qty of scrap system is giving warning message that confirmation qty.is not equal to planned qty. .but client need error message .so that they cant confirm more.

what are settings for that .

I did setting in OPK4 for overdelivery error.but it is useful for CO11N only.and in CO11N if you final confirm the operation it will disapperar from operations .

like that cant we set anywhere.

Hi Prasad,

This function is not available with STD SAP

You need to create new message.

And implement it as Error message in any of the following User exit.

The exists are

For Production Order:-

CONFPP05 PP order confirmation

For Goods Movement:-

CCOWB001 User exit for modifying menu entries

Let me make one thing very clear here, it can't be done without the help of ABAPer.
