Unable to save the "Customer Contacts" in application area

Hello,

In Application area in CIC0, I am unable to save the "Customer contact" once it is created. The save button in the CIC0 screen is disabled.

Any solution?

Hi jack

i think u r using contact_maintanence in components for contacts in navigation area settings

try with cont_hist and allot ur profile for that

it will work..

Hello Prince,

CONT_HIST is to display the history of the contacts for a particular search and not for creating contacts.

Is there any way to create Customer Contacts from CIC0?

PROBLEM SOLVED.

It is not possible to save the customer contact from CIC0. When you click the end contact button, it asks for the class and action and thus saves automatically.
