when performing co11n iam unable to find 101 movement?wat might be the error?

you can do it separetely in mb31( M type 101 ) or MIGO . Or follow procedure given by other members .

Hi,

other reasons for no GR in CO11N may be:

1) co-products

2) a control key with auto-GR is assigned to more than one operation

3) the GR flag on tab "Goods receipt" of the order header is not active -> check settlement rule

1. Check if control key used was PP03. If it is not PP03, GR will not happen.

2. Check in CO14. If in the GM page of the confirmation the 101 line item is there, then it must be in blue line. If it is in blue line, it has gone to COGI error log. Go to COGI and check the error.

After removing the error you will get your FG stock.

if you set the teh final operation with control key PP03/PI03

the you get the 101 movement in the co11n goods movement tab

101 movement type for good reciept. you will get this during Gr.

In co11n good movement you can have movement type for good isseue like 261.

Please check with Control Key PP03, the Auto GR Check box Activated.

Assigh the Control key (PP03) at last Operation of the order and check with goods movement screen at CO11n.
