Performance Appraisal Process

Hi Guys,

I haved worked on R3 based Performance Appraisal. But not on web based performance appraisal. How to go about that ? is there any config guide available . For the client here the appraisal needs to be based MBO.

HI

The MBO process is a little bit different

there are a few steps to be done, i will explain in short

First activate your EA-HR Switch if it is not activated.

Then you will have to create the appraisal templates in

Phap_catalog_pa

(you need to explore this)

Create template and set to release .

then despatch the templates

phap_prepare_pa

then to access the templaes ,

phap_start_bsp

select the appropriate page as required from there.

(again a area for u to explore)

for admin purpose , go to

phap_admin_pa.

There are a few workflows for the same .

for inital config also go to tcode OOHAP.
