Unable to create task in IC WebClient 2007


I need some help with enabling a task for the IC WebClient.

I've created a tx Task and used copy control to make it available as a follow-up to a service order / serviceticket.

The follow-up task is visible (and editable) in both the GUI (crmd_order) and the normal WebUI. However, it is not visible and editable as a follow-up in the IC WebClient. Í'm not sure what to do anymore. Do I need to assign a new kind of profile to my business role?

Hello Sander,

Normally for tasks and business activities you don't have to maintain copy control/rules as they are always available as follow-up transaction. (even if your 'source' document contains errors)

One thing to check, go in the transaction type customizing and highlight your Task transaction type, then select the "Channels" subfolder and make sure WebClient (IC) is listed.

If that doesn't work, do the standard SAP Task transaction type appears in the follow-up list?
