Hi
The requirement is PO should allow to take printout before final relase of the person. How to make this done in release strgy..
Pls explain in steps and settings.

In message settings u remove release after outpuy & try.
Even if it doesnt work then ask ur abaper to check in to the program.

In MN05 transaction according to your key combination.
please select date/time option as 4 and define ur printer in communication tab.
If release strategy is applied it will print only when PO is released.
This is SAP standard setting no need of customising.
It should not be printed before final release not advisable.
No meaning of release strategy.
