PO Acknowledgement

Hi,

Is it possible to send reminders for PO acknowledgement ?

If yes, please let me know the configuration / settings / Tcode for the same.

hi,

if you are asking the confimations for the PO....then yes it is possible....

GO to PO me21n --> in item details --> Reporting tab --> Select the item to be acknowledged by the vendor and enter a confirmation control key in the Deadline monitoring area of the item detail screen.

If the confirmation control key provides for the submission of order acknowledgments by the vendor, and you wish to urge the latter to do so in the event that they are still outstanding after a certain period of time, set the Acknowledgment requirement indicator.

now you'll get all the confirmations for your PO...

Use output type "AUFB" - Ord.Confirm.Dunning in PO to send Acknowledgment reminders.

And Transmit it through transaction ME92F - Monitor Order Acknowledgements
