Hi Gurus,

Is there a way that i could set in my component item to withdraw from the special stock (parts provided to vendor?) the fields in the component tab for the value/quantity flow are greyed out.

Regards,

Shoktong

Hi,

In the Component Overview screen, there is a column "Special Stock" with the following options (without going via General Data):

Plant stock

1 Individual customer stock

2 Project stock

3 Consignment stock

4 Pipeline stock

If we enter 3, then system prompts for "Vendor".

Pls check if this would fit your requirement.

Thanks.

its more of a sub con stock.

business process is this: the maintenance team wants to borrow some of the components from the advance withdrawals of its contractors

Thank you!

O_o ,

If Raj's suggestion isn't suitable, then you could always return the contractors stock into the normal unrestricted-stock, and then onto your order.

Its was our initial solution, just wondered if we could do it through the maintenance order directly.

Dear,

This is not possible to withdraw from maintenance order. These special stocks you can transfer from project stock to unrestricted through MM movement type.

That project stock was procured thorugh account assignment category apart from F.
