Hi Guys,

i am facing a problem in middleware. i am unable to change the crm order say locked by some user, i checked ques, there is nothing locked there.

how can i release the user lock?

i tried SMCL,smq1,smq2 but i found no locks..

i have one doubt, why orders get locked allways in Ques ? isn't there any permanent solution for this route cause?

Hi

There are many reasons for the order but i want to tell you the Lock issue that we have faced.

The lock happens when an order XX created in CRM and it goes to R/3 for delivery and invocing. So when they are trying to do invocing in R/3 for the order and if the same order is opened in CRM and they are doing some changes at the same time it goes to lock.

Mostly this senario happens during the billing time the customer starts doing the invocing and some one opens the orders and try to add items in to that.

Hope this gives you some idea on this case.
