Change of Production type from repetitive Mfg Process Order

Dera All,

Please suggest me how can I Deactivate the REM Allowed Indicator used in Repetitive Manufacturing.

Right Now Client want to replce the Production type from Rep Mfg to Process Order.

Suggest me suitable Process flow.

As suggested, Chaeck all the Planned order in MD04 trasaction. Check SFC as well as FERT material order.

Hi,

Once u have created planned order against that material then u can not change /Remove the REM Mfg check from the material master.

First u should close all the planned order generated with respect to that material.

Manually remove the ref Mfg indicator from the material master

Note:

If u want to go to process order then check the costing point of view also.

Suppose if ur going thr' preliminary cost estimate then u have to do the std cost estimate for that material.

settlement profile which assigned to the order type.
