BSP application in HAP_DOCUMENT

could someone kindly tell after an appraisal document created, where can the part appraiser see the document in BSP?

I tried todo.htm, where appraiser could normally see the document; but it's empty under part appraiser's username.

I even tried received_open2.htm, and it's for appraisee whose column access="change".

yep, i firstly tried the todo page.

it should be in the todo page, right?

then what causes the exception?
