Citrix Printer isue

Hi Everybody!

gotta issue with Print out. See, our client access SAP via citrix login from Internet Explorer. he is unable to take printouts from a QPLD report, for when clicking for Print preview it throws 'Internal Error!'.

whereas we are able to preview and take print outs directly from Server place. the server is locatted at different location from the client place, one of their branch accessing via Citrix Log in. how to sort out?

Check local printer is properly configured with citrix server.

Also check IP address of local system is changed.

1. Check the 2005 CD in the folder Documentation\SystemSetup\
Open any of the InstallationGuides ,e.g. InstallationGuide_SQL.pdf. Each of these guides will have information on Terminal Services and Citrix
2. Check on the Service Market Place http://service.sap.com => SAP Channel Partner Portal=> SAP Business One => Documentation Resource Centre => 2005A => Installation Guides: DB2, SQL, etc => Open any of the Installation Guides and Search for Citrix or Terminal Services.
