query of creating pm order for notification

Hi experts

I have some questions as following

1>can I create a pm order for more than one notification?

2>can I specify more than one equipments in pm notification?

3>can I specify person to each operation of pm prder?I just see we can specify 1 person to the first operation

you can assign more than one notification to the order

you can only specify one equipment to one notification

you can specify person to each operation

but how to assign more than one notification to one pm order and assign person to each pm order operation?

I didn't see person field in operation item.

I think if several equipments need to reapir, I can collect their break information in a notification.

but why system just allow assign one equipment?

but I just can specify only one notification

Use T code iw28 ,execute and in the results select the notification you required and press the create order button ,order will be created for the notification you selected

for specifying the person no just double click on the operation item no ,where you can specify the person no

Yes i think so ,only other thing is you can assign the another equipment affected in the system availability tab

Hii

1. Go to IW28 - Notification chenge & execute. You will get the list of notification.

2. select the notifications for which you want to create the order.

3. Press Order Ceate button. The order is created for selected notifications. You can view the all notifications in object list for the order & in that the first notification is shown in order header screen in notification field in order.

I think this will solve your query regarding creation of single order against the number of notifications. if no let mme know.

Hiii

There is another way to assign the one order to number of notification is.

1. Create the order for one notification.

2. Then open the order in change mode.

3. Open the object list tab view for order.

4. Assign the other notifications to order in object list in notification field.

You can assign "n" number of notification here. & The first notification will be shown as header notification & will get displayed on Header screen of the order.

In order screen the revision means a period of time during which a plant or a part of a plant is temporarily shut down for service and maintenance tasks, so that service- or maintenance work can be performed.

If you input the revision the order is scheduled in that particular period & Start date & time and End date & time is updaated in order acoordingly.

Basically this can be used in Projects specific scenarios in plant maintenance or in Shut Doen activities in factories.
