Safety Stock Aggregation planning in SNP

We have to implement Safety Stock Aggregation planning on 5.0 environment.

We started with the copy of aggregation planning book including KF 9ASAFETY and also tried implementing the SAP note 858794 but were unsuccessful.

Forecast and other details are getting aggregated up the hierarchy but not the safety stocks.

Please let us know if you have any information related with safety stock aggregation planning ASAP.

If I understood your issue correctly..when you load data at aggregate level..you could see the values at details level but the total is not getting populated and you are using 9ASNP94 Planning book..if this is the case we had the same issue and we had tough time with this one..the solution is SafetyStock does not work at aggregated level for 9ASNP94 PB..SAP has suggested us to use 9ASNP94_INTERACT Planning Book with data view SNP94(1)_INTERACT..please check using this Plng book..it will work
