Floating Holiday not getting effect in Time Schema

I have created a floating holiday, with public holiday class 1 and date is 23-09-2008 for the year 2008.

but when we run time evaluation, schema does not recognise this day as Holiday, and mark the absent for employee.

my fix holidays are working fine, what is the problem in this floating holiday?

i hv assign this in public holiday calendar.

have you generated the work schedules to include the new holiday?
