Error in MIGO

Hi,

Despite creating Info record with the reqd. purchase organisation and purchase order, am getting the following message in MIGO

"Purchasing info record not found in purchasing organization"

How to solve this?

Dear,

To solve your error, Go with ME11.

Enter ME11.

Enter material code, plant, vendor, purchasing org.

And press enter then maintain required detail for info record.

Go to SPRO-Enterprise Structure-Assignments- and Please Assign Standard Purchase Organization to Plant & Save.

Hello Sairam

Make sure that you have created the info record for that particular type of procurement.

ie in the initial screen for info record creation give the info category as Standard,Subcontracting,Pipeline or Consignment.

And if it is consignment make sure that you have activated consignment inforecord in OMEV.

Also assign standard purchase organization to plant in SPRO.

Hi,

For Consignment Process, you need to maintain the Consignment Info Record in ME11. Here maintain the Prices and Tax Code mandatory (Before this activate Consignment Info Record in OMEV )

Also in SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Materials Management > Assign standard purchasing organization to plant
