Working hours cannot be auto released upon saving in CAT2

Hi Experts,

I encountered a problem that employee booked hours in CAT2, but the system won't auto release the working hours, even I already marked the "Releasing working hours" indicator in Time Sheet configeration in IMG. It happened occationally. Not sure any OSS note is available to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

The Guest has provided a solution for this issue.

"Release on Saving" should be marked on CAC1.

Hi Michelle,

In CAC1 the check box which says release on saving ..this needs to be checked and once done then u can just use CAT2 enter the time sheet and save it.Now the times will be released and then go to CAT4 and make the approvals so that the Attend/Absce. sit in PA30.
